Nonpartisan Education Review

Submit an Article or Essay

NOTE: As of 2024, the Nonpartisan Education Review will focus on policy-related muck-raking and critical investigations and testimony. As per our mission statement, we provide a forum for those who do not fit, or do not wish to fit, within the mold of education's vested interests. Examples of such include this, this, this, this, or that.

We will no longer consider submissions of basic, original education research studies. There exist thousands of other journals available for those. We thank you for your interest.

Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

We will check the submission both to see that it fits the Review’s scope and mission and for clarifications. We prefer that your work follow one of the more familiar style guides (e.g., APA, Chicago) for the sake of clarity and consistency. We will work with authors who feel the need to publish anonymously.

There are no author fees.

Send most submissions and correspondence to Richard P. Phelps here ( editor (at) nonpartisaneducation (dot) org ). Send manuscripts on the topics of school choice, school governance, or the economics of education to John Merrifield here ( bigpicturedoc (at) sbcglobal (dot) net ).
